After years of implementation I realized we were leaving a lot of people out who desperately needed EOS. My friends who owned companies from 250K to 2M gross revenues and full private implementation didn’t make sense financially.
Level up is our answer. A few owners meeting together monthly and implementing at their pace at an affordable rate!
This is a 12 month commitment with 3-4 other entreprenurial owners who have a growth mindset. We will hold each other accountable and create an environment where everyone grows and we lay the foundation for EOS.

the level up program
What is Level Up
Small group is 3-4 business owners who implement the principles of EOS together. This provides support, friendship, and reduces the typical investment required.
Who qualifies?
Businesses with top line revenue of up to 2 million qualify for small group. A pre-interview and evaluation is required. We work hard to make sure everyone will get maximum value from the program.
Who can attend the sessions?
Only the owner. If it’s a husband and wife team, only one can attend. If you have an equal partnership (outside of marriage) we do not recommend small group implementation for your company.
What kind of time commitment is required?
We will be implementing with your team purely following the process. (See Proven Process). The only change is we added a monthly 90 minute group call between quarterlies to provide additional support.
What kind of investment is needed?
Members of this program will invest $795 monthly with a 12 month contracted commitment. Support is unlimited during the 12 months.
How many groups are offered?
We are currently only offering one group per year.
How does scheduling work?
Once we have our group with verbal commitments, we will meet together to schedule times that work for everyone. There are no make ups and no missed meetings. We are all committed to this together.
